  3. Melisa owns (or is the licensee of) all the intellectual property rights in this site, and in the material published on it, unless otherwise stated.  (In particular, all the photographs - unless otherwise stated - are Melisa's own.)

  4. This site and its content is subject to on-going changes, and may be withdrawn without notice.

  5. Commentary published on this site is purely subjective, and is not intended to be relied upon as advice.

  6. We cannot accept responsibility for the content of other websites linked to this one.

Personal Information
 

When booking for a yoga lesson with Melisa, it is essential to provide us with the following information (which will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy):

 

  1. Your name

  2. Your contact details: Telephone number and E-mail address

  3. Any known injuries or medical conditions which need to be disclosed for your own health and safety (as per 2c of the Terms of Business).(For example: pregnancy; extremely high blood pressure; spinal injury; especially weak knees; etc.)

 

It would be useful if you could also provide the following information – especially if you have booked a bespoke, private session:

 

  1. What you look for in yoga

  2. What your lifestyle is like.(For example: your job; physical activity levels; stress levels; etc.)

  3. Your level of experience in yoga

  4. The extent to which you may have experience in: meditation; Tai chi; martial arts; ballet; and pilates.
