When booking for a yoga lesson with Melisa, it is essential to provide us with the following information (which will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy):

Any known injuries or medical conditions which need to be disclosed for your own health and safety (as per 2c of the Terms of Business).(For example: pregnancy; extremely high blood pressure; spinal injury; especially weak knees; etc.)
It would be useful if you could also provide the following information – especially if you have booked a bespoke, private session:

What you look for in yoga

What your lifestyle is like.(For example: your job; physical activity levels; stress levels; etc.)

Your level of experience in yoga

The extent to which you may have experience in: meditation; Tai chi; martial arts; ballet; and pilates.
