Classes & Prices
You can either book to attend an existing group class; arrange a group class of your own at your own venue; or book an individual session.
Group Classes
I am not currently teaching regular weekly classes, but I often cover classes at local gyms and health centres. Please contact me for further information.
Private Lessons
£40 per hour for one person
£55 per hour for two people together
